Text Box: WOODBURN LUTHERAN SCHOOL PAW PRINTS WEEKLY NEWSLETTER NOVEMBER 17, 2006

Walking in the Light

Prayer Cards – Each morning our teachers meet for devotions as we prepare for our day. We also regularly pray for our students. The two students we will be praying for next week will be: Lucas Scharr (3rd) and Jared Huth (8th).

Fish Fry Thank You – Thanks to all of those who helped with the Fish/Chicken Dinner last Friday evening. I was especially happy to see so many of our younger students happily cleaning off tables. Everyone did a great job; thank you.

Parent/Teacher Conferences – Thanks also to all of the parents who attended the Parent/Teacher Conferences last Thursday and Friday. As a staff, our teachers want to continue to work with all of our families to provide the best Christ Centered education that we possibly can. If we can be of any help during the rest of the school year, please contact us to set up additional conferences.

Teacher Phone Extensions – I will repeat the teacher phone extension for another week. You can follow the instructions and call their extension or leave messages in individual teachers’ mailboxes.

Come and join in the action and cheer our boys on. Coaching our junior boys this year is Mark Gustin, father of Evan (4th) and also a WLS School Board member.
