Fully Rely On God
F.R.O.G.

We are in that
busy time of year, with busy schedules, hectic preparations for the upcoming
holidays; we are often pulled in so many directions. Stop to hear the Babe in
the Manger. Let His cry greet your ears and know that the cry says, “I am here.
I love you and will die for you. I will take you to heaven. Just believe.”
By the power of
the Holy Spirit, may we all see and understand this important Gospel message.
May the words of the familiar Christmas Carol ring true for each of us: Be
near me, Lord Jesus, I ask thee to stay Close by me forever and love me, I pray
Bless all the dear children in thy tender care,And take us to heaven to live
with thee there.”

Did you know…
Some research
suggests that small-sized schools and relatively small classes can have
advantages, including possibly leading to higher achievement. This research has
found that placing students in small groups tends to foster close working
relationships between teachers and students, thus enhancing learning
particularly among at-risk students and those in the early grades. Fairly small
schools are also believed to promote teachers’ commitment to collaborative work
and to support the development of a “professional community of learners” that
Newmann and Whlage (1995) consider useful for high student achievement. School
size is typically related to the population density of the local area and its
age distribution of children; for private schools, local demand for a school’s
instructional philosophy also contributes to size enrollment. The average
private school had 193 students while the public school had 535 students. Among
private schools, 80 percent had enrollment of fewer than 300, compared with 29
percent of public schools.
